ARTCLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES In case one of the two parties unilaterally terminates the signed contract, this party should be subjected to a penalty rate of 10% of the undone contract value ARTCLE 7: CONFIDENTIALITY& INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT: All information relevant to the performance of this contract must be under confidentiality.Any intellectual property right of the Buyer should not been used for or released to the third party without the buyer’s authorization The supplier agrees and undertakes that it shall not engage any person under the age of 15 years old for all or part of the performance of the contract.The engagement of persons between the age of 15 old and 18 years old shall be subject to the requiremens of the code of Labor Law of Vietnam.
