the service industry across the world, and it plays very important for developing countries E-commerce is the key to open the gate to the knowledge economy In Vietnam, in recent years the field of information technology and ecommerce is widely used in most businesses, government The fields of information technology is seen as an ideal environment for creativity, is an important means to promote and replicate intellectual capital faster, the engine of development, promote democratic development in society and development of human capacity Recognizing the importance of information systems, the mostly unlicensed software or trial software (except for Accounting software and Attendance software) so the errors usually occur during use − Do not have student management software − Although employees have been trained in basic on IT but still not avoid the error and can not repair by one self − The application of IT and Electronic Commerce at the school are very limited The school has not applied the form of electronic contact book for each student and online marketing activities have not been strengthened − Opportunity − With the trend of the development about will be create many
