CHỦ ĐỀ HÙNG BIỆN (2018-2019) Green Environment ( Môi trường xanh) Education (Giáo dục) City life (Cuộc sống thành phố) Viet Nam: Then and now Life skills for teens ( Kỹ sống tuổi Teen) For a better community ( Cho cộng đồng tốt hơn) Dong Thap Tourism (people, famous places of interest, historical relics, specialties, traditional craft villages(Làng nghề truyền thống, ) 1.Green Environment ( Môi trường xanh) Green Environment is one of the most important problems in our lives Every day, many medias say that the air is polluted, the water is polluted and what will we to protect the environmet In my opinion, we need some solutions Firstly, Many farmers shouldnot use a lot of chemical elements to make the soil rich For example, they use fertilizers, pesticides every day Secondly, Many factories shouldnot produce into the air many kind of smoke and waste into the river, the lake to kill many kind of fishes Moreover, people shouldnot throw dead animals into the river to pollute the fresh water Finally, People shouldnot cut down a lot of trees for wood ,as the result, our environment will be flood, eroison, diasters…… I think,We need to grow many kinds of trees and flowers along the street And our government should have many laws about the environment and encourage citizens to protect the environment Where you live? What people in your home town do? - They grow rice and raise cattle Is your hometown polluted? - Yes, It is Because many farrners use fertilizers and pesticides for theirfields What you to protect the environment? - I will introduce many methods to protect the environment such as: growing many trees and flowers Education (Giáo dục) Which grade / class are you in? - I am in grade in Thanh Loi secondary school What will you choose your job in the future? - May be, I will become a teacher Because I love children so much and I want to help them to widen knowledge What subjects you like best? Why? - I like English best ******* - Do you like studying in the country or abroad? - Do you like studying in the country or city? Education is one of the most important problems in our lives Many people say that it will people a lot of advantages because it can help them many things such as: Getting information, Studying, Relaxing…so on Both studying in the country or city have own advantages and disadvantages In my opinion, I like studying in the city/ abroad because of several reasons The first reason why I like studying in the city/ abroad is that It is easy to get information, news or knowledge ………all over the world Moreover, there are many shops & stores, supermarkets in the city, so I can go shopping at the weekend Another reason why I like studying in the city is that I can choose many famous schools, universities to widen knowledge Beside that It is an ideal (Lý tưởng) place for students to develop both knowledge and abilities (khả năng, lực) Moreover, It is also a good way to approach to modern technological information To sum up, Studying in the city/ abroad is very interesting and it is a suitable choice especially it is very necessary for my life in the future City life ( Cuộc sống thành phố) Where should we live? Whether country or city is better? That is a difficult question to answer and depend on individual situation Both living in the country or city have own advantages and disadvantages In my opinion, I really like living in the city because of severals reasons The first reason why I like living in the city is that It is easy to get information, news or knowledge ………all over the world Moreover, there are many shops & stores, supermarkets in the city, so I can go shopping at the weekend Another reason why I like living in the city is that I can choose many famous schools, universities to widen knowledge Beside that It is an ideal (Lý tưởng) place for students to develop both knowledge and abilities (khả năng, lực) Moreover, It is also a good way to approach to modern technological information To sum up, Living in the city is very interesting and it is a suitable choice especially it is very necessary for my life in the future ( Chủ đề số & Thay từ “studying” = “living”) Viet Nam: Then and now ( Xưa nay) Vietnam is a country which situates in the South East Asia Vietnam geography shapes S-letter and devided into three parts: Northern part, Middle part and Southern one Ha Noi is the capital of Vietnam but it isn't the biggest city Ho Chi Minh city is the largest city in Vietnam Vietnam has a long-lasting history (Lịch sử lâu đời) with over four thousand years There are 54 ethnic groups and the Kinh is the largest group Vietnam is a country with a special culture From the Hung King Dynasty - our ancestors celebrated Tet Holiday every year In the Tet, we cooked Banh Chung and Banh Tet, two special dishes made from sticky rice to offer our ancestors Our country situates in the center of the world sea-route Vietnam has more than three thousand kilometers of coast with a lot of tourism and sea food Nowadays, Vietnam has many interesting places such as: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN ( It is recognized the WORLD CULTURAL HERITAGE) in Quang Nam province Ha Long Bay is in Quang Ninh province We can’t leave without visiting museums, parks Beside that, we will take some photographs or go sightseeing around cities The people are very friendly and hospitable In short, Vietnam is a wonderful country we are building our country to become richer in the future People say that It is better for children to grow up in the city than in the countryside In my opinion, I strongly believe that life in the countryside has many changes because of severals reasons Firstly, Country folk now live in brick houses instead of earthen houses and there are better equipped with electric fans and TV, so Thanks to the TV, We can know more about life other people all over the world Secondly, Country folk use electric lights instead of using oil lamps Beside that, They are using motorbikes for transfor instead of riding a horse or walking Moreover, I really like fresh air and country folk because They are more friendly than city folk In short, Life in the countryside has many changes It is a wonderful place to grow up and to live I love it so much 5.Life skills for teens ( Kỹ sống tuổi Teen) Life skills are the most important problem in our life Many people say that It will bring for teens many benefits such as: self- confident, experiments, creation… so on In my opinion, I strongly believe that It is true because of several reasons Firstly, I want to tell you about “ skill to stay safe” ( Kỹ giữ an toàn) For example, When your teens go out alone It is important to know how to stay safe, Because staying safe is one of the most important life skills for teens girl Here are a few pointers ( Lời gợi ý, lời khuyên) that can help teens girl stay safe + Teens girls avoid traveling with strangers when go uot alone + Parents don’t ask teens girl to get a ride at night Secondly, If parents want teens to have a smooth social life, parents should teach “Social skills”.Because It helps teens to respect people and develop friendship Beside that, “Money or Budgeting skills”is vey useful Because, Money may not be the most important thing in life but it has a comfortable life and helps teens to manage and save money Beside that, there are a lot of life skills such as: Cooking skills, organization skills, independent living skills, Relationship skills which teens should study more and more In short, Life skills is very necessary and important in teens’s life a How many life skills you know? - There are a lot of life skills such as: skill to stay safe, social skills, organization skills, independent living skills Money or Budgeting skills I like Money or Budgeting skills best Because It helps me how to manage and save money For a better community ( Cho cộng đồng tốt hơn) Community is one of the most important roles to play in our lives Many people say that, It will bring human a lot of advantages Because It can help people many things such as: love, happy life, good activities……so on In my opinion, I strongly believe that It is true because of several reasons Firstly, We need to participate in clubs to help elderly people, handicapped children, blind people Nextly, We need to collect garbages along the sand, the shore and clean up the beach as a result, our environment will not polluted Moreover, We need no violent at school and at home, and We need to have many good relationships with friends and relatives living around us We can share any difficulties and happiness and sadness to gether to overcome everything In short, I think, It is very important to get on well with the people who live next door and We should love together Dong Thap Tourism ( People, famous places of interest, historical relics, specialties, traditional craft villages(Làng nghề truyền thống, ) Dong Thap is my hometown It is not big and a young city It has population about 10 million Area is about 4.000 square kilometers There are seasons in Dong Thap such as: rainy season, sunny season and flood The people are extremely polite and friendly There are many famous places in Dong Thap such as: Nguyen Sinh Sac’s mausoleum, Tram chim National park, Sa Dec flower village, Xeo Quyt tourism site, Go Thap relic Area, Huynh Thuy Le ancient house… so on Among of them, I really like Go Thap relic Area best because it is near my house It belongs to communes of My Hoa and Tan Kieu in Thap Muoi district It is a place of worship heroes: Võ Duy Dương ( Thiên Hộ Dương) and Đốc Binh Nguyễn Tấn Kiều ( Đốc Binh Kiều) I can visit at the weekend Moreover, There are a lot of beautiful landscapes and enjoy many specialties such as: lotus milk, lotus rice, pancake Beside that, Dong Thap has many famous traditional craft villages as: Đinh Yen craft village, the village of Rach Ba Đai in Lai Vung district It is famous for the traditional craft of boat building In short, Đong Thap develops eco- tourism and traditional craft village and Dong Thap is an interesting place to live I love ĐT so much ... interesting and it is a suitable choice especially it is very necessary for my life in the future ( Chủ đề số & Thay từ “studying” = “living”) Viet Nam: Then and now ( Xưa nay) Vietnam is a country...
