the thesis Firstly, fighting against opposing views is the law of existence and development of the Marxist-Leninist doctrine in general and Marxist-Leninist political economy in particular The Marxist-Leninist doctrine has a radical scientific and revolutionary nature, which deals with the problems brought about by the practice according to the objective, comprehensive, historical, and concrete law in order to improve the world in the direction of progress and deeply humanistic The vitality of Marxism-Leninism is not only reflected in the admiration, and creative application of the revolutionary cause of communist parties, workers, peace-loving people, progress in the world, but also associated with the struggle against hostile misconception In other words, fighting against the theoretical opposition to Marxist-Leninist is the law of existence and development of this doctrine, in which political economy is a part Second, it comes from the importance of criticizing misconceptions through teaching political economy Criticisim of misconceptions in Marxist - Leninist political economy learning is a good environment to foster theoretical and political thinking skills for students To refute these misconceptions persuasively, students must constantly learn to fully grasp the spirit of Marxist-Leninist political economy, to use the holistic and systematical view to refute one-sided, deviant views, to collect data, process information from practice, get development results in the long process to reject short-sighted views, deliberately exaggerate shortcomings beforehand In the process of struggle, the capacity of political and theorical thinking of students will be constantly strengthened Third, it comes from the complex situation of the struggle on the ideological front, the present stage theory and from the negative impact of misconceptions on society, especially on students In the context of a market economy, many students in universities have been and will be attracted to the pragmatism, freedom, pursuit of material temptation, and against good traditional values of the nation, lack of cultivation and training in quality, ethics, and lifestyle Strengthening the criticism of misconception through Marxist-Leninist political economy teaching in universities in general and in universities in Hanoi in particular is meaningful and urgent With that, PhD student chose ”Criticism of misconceptions through the teaching of political economy in universities in Hanoi today” as doctoral thesis The purpose and tasks of the research 2.1 The research purpose To clarify theoretical and practical issues of the fight against misconceptions through teaching political economy and to propose solutions to the fight against misconceptions particularly by teaching Political economy at universities in Hanoi 2.2.The research tasks - Clarify the rationale for the fight against misconceptions through teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi - Analyze the current situation of the fight against misconceptions through teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi - Propose solutions to increase the effectiveness of the fight against misconceptions through teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi The object and scope of the research 3.1 The research object The act of criticizing misconceptions through teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi 3.2 The research scope In terms of content, the dissertation focuses on the fight against misconceptions through teaching Rationale, practice and research methods 4.1 Rationale Theoretical basis of the thesis is the views of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Ideology on ideological struggle Resolutions, directives, conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on criticism of hateful views on ideologicaltheoretical issues, protection of private foundations Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Ideology The writings and articles from leaders of the Party, the State, the military, and the results of research of domestic and foreign scientific researchers related to the topic 4.2 Practical basis This is a critique of hostile misconceptions relating to political economy system in universities in Hanoi today through university data and sociological survey data conducted by the author; along with the directives, resolutions, programs and projects of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Ministry of Education and Training on ideological struggle and criticism of hostile misconduct in political economy teaching; reports summarizing the current education and training activities, scientific research and ideological struggle in the universities in Hanoi 4.3 Research Methods The thesis utilizes the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and uses a combination of methodologies such as systematic approach, method of combining theory with reality statistical methods, analytical and synthesis methods, historical-logic methods, sociological investigation methods, interview methods and expert methods Specifically: Using a Systematic Approach throughout the thesis, the thesis is aimed at approaching the object of study of the Thesis (The act of criticizing misconceptions through teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi) as an integral part of the supporting system for the Party's ideology, and a part of the education-training activities This method is also used to present the problems and the contents of the thesis in a sequence, a logical layout with the tight and cohesive inheritance and development of the problems, the internal content to complete the tasks defined for the thesis Using the method of combining theory with practice in all chapters of the thesis to examine each research problem in relation between history, theory, legal and practical implementation This method is also used to consider and propose views and solutions to promote the process of criticizing misconceptions through teaching Political Economy at universities in Hanoi currently in Chapter Statistical methods are used when an overview of the research is related to the thesis topic Particularly used in Chapter of the thesis combined with the sociological survey method and the interviewing method, to collect data reflecting the current status of the process of criticizing misconceptions through teaching Political Economy at universities in Hanoi Analytical and synthesis methods are used mainly in chapters and of the thesis Specifically, it is used to drill down into the exploration, evaluation and presentation of theories, critique of misconceptions in general, and the process of criticizing requirements and propose five feasible solutions to promote the act of criticizing misconceptions through teaching Political Economy at universities in Hanoi Theoretical and practical meanings of the criticism, anti-misconcaptions through the development of programs and contents of political economy - Advantages in fighting, criticizing, opposing misconceptions through the preparation of lectures and lecturing on political economy - Advantages in criticism through discussion and debate - Advantages in critique through monitoring, evaluation and results 2.2.1.2 Reasons - The awareness of teachers and students about the fight against misconceptions in the teaching of political economy is increasingly advanced and solid Organizing teaching activities in the field of political economy combining anti-misconception is increasingly tight, practical and effective The characteristics of the Party, the class, the ideology, the fight in the lecture of Political economy is maintained and increasingly enhanced - The work of leading and directing the activities of ideological struggle and criticism of misconceptions in the teaching of political economy to students of most of the Party committees and administrations shall be conducted regularly, timely with high quality The majority of schools have had regular and timely support and encouragement for faculty members to 22 actively teaching of political economy of lecturers has been strengthened and improved positively, meeting the requirements of reality Political attitude of the students in the study of political economy is positive, proactive, flexible and creative These causes have made the quality and effectiveness of the fight against the wrong views in teaching political economy in universities in Hanoi in recent years have achieved important achievements 2.2.2 Limitations and causes 2.2.1.1 Limitations - Limitations in awareness and promotion of the role and responsibility of the forces in fighting, criticizing, opposing misconceptions by teaching political economy to students at universities - The critique of reality through the development of programs and contents of political economy - Limitations in criticism through the preparation of lectures on political economy - Critical situation through discussion and debate - Limitations in critique through examination and evaluation of results 2.2.1.2 Causes - The awareness of a small number of faculty members about the fight against misconduct in teaching political economy is limited - The characteristics of the Party, the class, the ideology, the fight in the lecture of Political economy of some lectures are not high due to the lack of investment or shortage of theories or practical experience 23 - The ability to fight ideologically and criticize misconceptions in the teaching of political economy of some lecturers has not met the demands of the practical situation and the political attitudes of a part of students in the field of political economy is limited - The training, use, preferential treatment and regularly pay attention to the quality and capacity of lecturers teaching political economy in some universities in Hanoi is not well organized These underlying causes have been negatively impacting the effective quality of the fight against misconceptions regarding political economy teaching at some universities in Hanoi Recognizing and thoroughly addressing these causes is a prerequisite for improving the quality of training in general, the quality of teaching political economy in particular 2.3 Issues raised in the fight against misconceptions about Marxism-Leninism in political economy First: Issues raised in critical content Second: Issues in Critical Methodology Third: Issues raised in the critical capacity of political economy faculty Forth: Issues raised in students' perceptions and attitudes when studying political economy Fifth: Issues in the organization of critical activities Critically criticizing the teaching of political economy for students of universities in Hanoi has set out some basic issues as follows: - Construct lectures and conduct lectures Chapter REQUIREMENTS, SOLUTIONS TO STRENGTHEN THE FIGHT AGAINST MISCONCEPTIONS THROUGH POLITICAL ECONOMICS TEACHING AT UNIVERSITIES OF HANOI IN THE UPCOMING PERIOD 3.1 Anticipating the antagonistic activity of hostile forces in the field of political economy and the demands placed upon struggling to criticize misconceptions through political economy teaching in the universities in Hanoi 3.1.1 Forecasting anti-demolition activities of hostile forces in the field of political economy in the coming time Number one: the anti-competitive purpose of hostile forces is to deflect socialism in the process of developing the market economy in Vietnam; denying the superior values and achievements of the socialist-oriented market economy under the leadership of the Party Number two: anti-breaking content Firstly, to further promote the distortion of the scientific principles of Marxist-Leninist political economy, to oppose the economic development of Vietnam with the Marxist-Leninist political economy; The belief that the current socio-economic regime in our country is the "entity" was negated by Marxism from the foundation Secondly, continue to distort and deny the fundamental political and economic views of Marxism-Leninism, denying the achievements that have been achieved in our country's renewal years, to completely reject the methodological basis in theoretical thinking about the model of socialistoriented market economy and the path to socialism of Vietnam Thirdly, focus on disseminating and opposing the Party's socioeconomic development guidelines; combined with distorting universities in Hanoi in the coming time In order to effectively criticize wrong views through political economy teaching at universities in Hanoi, the following requirements should be complied with: First of all, to steadily and creatively apply the ideas of MarxismLeninism, Ho Chi Minh Ideology, our Party's policies and guidelines on socio-economic development in criticizing misconceptions through political economy teaching Secondly, it is necessary to use a flexible combination of form and methodology to teach political economy in universities in Hanoi to not only contribute to equipping political economic theory but also facilitate students to fight against misconceptions on political economy Thirdly, it is necessary to further improve the practicality of teaching political economy at universities in Hanoi in order to help students strengthen their beliefs, build the right motives and sense of responsibility in the fight against misconceptions Fourthly, there must be participation in the committees of the City, especially the party committees, the administrators and the pedagogical forces of the universities in promoting the critique of misconceptions through lectures on political economy for students at universities in Hanoi 3.2 A number of measures to strengthen the fight against misconceptions through teaching political economy in universities in Hanoi in the coming time 3.2.1 Raising the awareness of management staff and faculty about the importance of fighting the misconception about political economy Raising the awareness of the management staff and faculty about the importance of the fight against misconceptions through the teaching of 28 political economy to students at universities in Hanoi should include a number of tasks and specific contents as follows: Firstly, focus on the resolutions, directives, and documents of all levels for participants in the fight against misconceptions through the teaching of political economy to students Secondly, promote the positive and self-awareness of educational administrators and teachers in the fight against misconceptions through the teaching of political economy to students Thirdly, to raise the responsibility of departments, scientific councils at all levels, educational administrators in directing and organizing politicaleconomic teaching activities in the direction of cultivating the capacity for fighting against crimes Dismiss the wrong views of students To raise the awareness of management staff and faculty about the importance of the fight against misconceptions through the teaching of political economy to students at universities in Hanoi has implemented some basic measures as follows: The first is to innovate the content and diversify the method and form of education to raise awareness among managers and trainers about the importance of fighting corruption through political economy teaching The second is to strengthen coordination among organizations and agencies in raising awareness among management staff and faculty The third is the strengthening of the monitoring and supervision of the party committee, the board of directors, the departmental committees, the department, and the faculty to ensure that all forces are properly aware of the position, role in the fight against misconceptions through political economy teaching Fourthly, to promote the positive and self-consciousness of officials and lecturers, and to develop a mechanism to promote the self-learning of cadres 29 and lecturers to raise awareness about the fight against misconceptions through political economy teaching 3.2.2 Continuing to innovate teaching methods of political economy at universities in Hanoi This is an important solution that directly enhances the in the new situation, the renovation of teaching methods of political economy in universities in Hanoir should be further intensified with the following basic measures: Firstly, renovate the method of equipping students with knowledge of Marxist-Leninist political economy, economic thought of Ho Chi Minh, guidelines and policies for economic development of the Party and State Secondly, combining the use of methods of equipping political economic theoretical knowledge with methodological transmission, research experience to criticize wrong views in the field of political economy for students Thirdly, emphasis should be placed on the use of methods of raising the level of thinking, the sensitivity to conflict, the fight against misconceptions in the field of political economy in economic teaching Fourthly, to renovate activities of fostering self-learning method, selftraining ability to fight against critics in the field of ideology, political economy theory through study of political economy Fifth, renovate the method of organizing extra-curricular activities to promote the fight against the wrong view in the field of ideology and political economy Sixth, to renovate the examination methods, to examine and evaluate the results of studying the political economy of students in a modern and 30 practical manner, reflecting the quality of teaching and the learners' qualifications 3.2.3 To well organize the training and use of preferential treatment and regularly pay attention to the quality and capacity of lecturers teaching political economy in universities in Hanoi This is an important measure, because the teaching staff is the decisive factor in the quality of teaching political economy The training, retraining and use orientations must be based on the evaluation and classification of the contingent of lecturers according to the following criteria: Firstly, teachers of political economy have a solid professional level, have the pedagogical capacity, the ability to fight in the field of ideology, good reasoning, well meet the requirements of teaching innovation of Political Economy Secondly, lecturers on political economy meet the standard of training, meeting the requirements of innovation education and educational management of the university Thirdly, lecturers on political economy attain the standard of training but experience in the field of ideology and reasoning in organizing teaching activities still does not meet the requirements of tasks Fourthly, lecturers on political economy have not met the standards of training, they need to actively train and foster the standardization according to regulations Fifth, lecturers teaching political economics weak in professional capacity, the ability to fight in the field of ideology, theories in organizing teaching activities, not meet the requirements, tasks need to transfer to other activities or settlement of regulations according to regulations 31 For training and retraining activities The training of lecturers in political economy may be conducted in the following forms: Firstly, regular training courses, professional training Secondly, organize the preliminary activities, summarize, draw experience and professional competitions on teaching political economy Thirdly, focus on fostering senior political science lecturers and good political economy teaching experience 3.2.4 Intensifying awareness education and promote positive political attitudes to shape "immunity" for students with misconceptions Intensifying awareness education and promote facilities in improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching political economy for students, universities should implement the following solutions: First, universities need to build bookcases of political theory in general, and political economy in particular at home and abroad 32 Secondly, the construction of technology classrooms should be focused on to improve the quality of teaching and learning of political theory in general and political economy in particular for students at universities in Hanoi Thirdly, it is necessary to promote the role of the School's traditionalist in
