phát huy vai trò động lực người Quan niệm người Con người chỉnh thể thống mặt sinh học mặt xã hội, chủ thể mối quan hệ xã hội lịch sử, chủ thể sáng tạo hưởng thụ giá trị vật chất tinh thần xã hội Con người chỉnh thể thống tâm lực, thể lực, trí lực hoạt động đa dạng ln vươn tới Chân-Thiện-Mỹ Con người thống hai mặt đối lập: thiện - ác, hay - dở, tốt xấu, hiền dữ,…bao gồm mặt xã hội mặt sinh vật Tuy nhiên, “dù tốt hay xấu, văn minh hay dã man có tình” Quan niệm người Con người thực thể mang tính xã hội Hồ Chí Minh đưa định nghĩa độc đáo người: “Chữ người, nghĩa hẹp gia đình, anh em, họ hàng, bầu bạn Nghĩa rộng đồng bào nước Rộng loài người” Con người trước hết người lao động, nhân dân lao động – chủ thể đích thực sáng tạo lịch sử xã hội Con Con người người là chủ chủ thể thể sáng sáng tạo tạo mọi giá giá trị trị vật vật chất, chất, tinh tinh thần; thần; lao lao động động sáng sáng của người người là giá giá trị trị cao cao nhất, nhất, nhân nhân bản nhất của người, người, đó là giai giai cấp cấp cơng cơng nhân, nhân, nơng nơng dân, dân, trí trí thức, đội….họ chủ thể sáng tạo xã hội Chính vây, Hồ Chí Minh cho “trong bầu trời khơng có q nhân dân” Con người thống người cá nhân người xã hội Kết hợp hài hòa lợi ích cá nhân lợi ích tập thể, lợi ích gần lợi ích xa, lợi ích vật chất lợi ích tinh thần….tạo nên động lực nhằm tích cực hóa nhân tố người Vì vậy, vậy, phải phải biết biết phát phát huy huy tinh tinh thần thần tập tập thể thể và khơi khơi dậy dậy phẩm phẩm chất chất tốt tốt đẹp đẹp trong mỗi con người người Quan niệm người Con người thống tính giai cấp, tính dân tộc tính nhân loại Con người thuộc chủng tộc, sắc tộc, dân tộc, thuộc quốc gia định Con người giai cấp “người bị áp bức”, “Người bị bóc lột”, “tên tư bản”, “ nhà độc tài”, “công nhân”, “ nơng dân”, “thợ thuyền”… Hồ Chí Minh khẳng định, giới này, có hai giống người: giống người bóc lột giống người lao động nhấn mạnh tình hữu giai cấp Người ln đặt phía giai cấp lao động nói lên tiếng nói phản đối áp bức, bóc lột, đấu tranh để giải phóng người khỏi tha hóa Đấu tranh giai cấp phương tiện để giải phóng người Đối với, Hồ Chí Minh, giải phóng nhân dân lao động khỏi áp bóc lột, xây dựng XHCN – xã hội dân giàu ,nước mạnh,dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh – luôn một tiêu tiêu cao cao nhất, nhất, xuyên xuyên suốt, suốt, trở trở thành thành hoài hoài bão bão phấn phấn đấu đấu suốt suốt cuộc đời đời hoạt hoạt động động cách cách mạng mạng của Người Người Quan niệm người Sự nghiệp cách mạng Việt Nam mà Hồ Chí Minh phấn đấu giành độc lập dân tộc, tiến lên chủ nghĩa xã hội góp phần xứng đáng vào nghiệp cách mạng nhân dân giới Đó kế hợp nhuần nhuyễn mục tiêu giải phóng giai cấp, giải phóng dân tộc giải phóng nhân loại Con người vừa mục tiêu vừa động lực cách mạng tiến xã hội Con người tự hạnh phúc người vấn đề trung tâm tự trưởng Hồ Chí Minh - Hồ Chí Minh khẳng định, mục tiêu cách mạng giải phóng người, mang lại tự do, hạnh phúc cho người Suốt đời mình, Người ln đấu đấu tranh tranh vì mục mục tiêu tiêu đó Người Người nói: nói: “Tơi “Tơi chỉ có có một ham ham muốn, muốn, ham ham muốn muốn tột bậc bậc là làm cho cho nước nước ta ta được hoàn hoàn toàn toàn độc độc lập, lập, nhân nhân dân dân
