Pre-Tertiary fractured granite basement (unconventional and the most efficient reservoir so far) and Devonian-Carboniferous carbonate basement (new pervasive) – Seal rocks: regional Lower Miocene shale in Cuu Long basin and intra Oligocene, Miocene shale layers – Traps: basement highs and anticlinal, pinchout or submarine fans – Migration: lateral or moving upward along fault conduits Cumulative production to date –Crude oil: ~ 2.6 Bbbl –Natural gas: ~ 4.5 TCF Current daily production – 360 Mbpd;
