WARM-UP: - Asks students to close the books - Asks some questions: -Ask Ss to write down as many words of sports as possible -Ss show their paper on the board -The group which has more words will win the game. WARM-UP -Divide class into two groups : Tom and Jerry -Choose two representative from the two groups to sit in he hot seat in the front with their backs to the board. -Write a word on the board and ask the groups to explain, describe or define the word in any way so that their team mate in the seat hot can speak out the word. -Award one point to the fastest group to succeed in guessing the word -The groups with more point is the winner -There are the words to guess: Swimming/ water polo/ windsurfing/ rowing/ jet-skiing/ sailing/ water skiing/ surfing Lead-in: Today, we’ll learn how to write instructions for activity Group work Ss explain, describe or define the word in any way so that their team mate in the seat hot can speak out the word.
