• This method statement describes the process for carrying out driving pile on 1 types of prestressed concrete spun piles proposed for the works: (Biện pháp thi công này miêu tả quy trình cho việc thực hiện đóng cọc của dạng cọc ống ly tâm ứng suất trước) o Type : = 400mm diameter x 36m nominal length (Dạng: đường kính 400mm x khoảng 36m chiều dài) • Piling works will carried out on PROPOSED NEW FACILITY DEVELOPMENT OF JABIL VIETNAM CO., LTD. AT THE SAIGON HIGH TECH PARK, DISTRICT 9, HO CHI MINH CITY (Công tác đóng cọc sẽ được thực hiện cho dự án nhà máy Jabil Vietnam mới, tại Khu công nghệ cao, Quận 9, TP. Hồ Chí Minh) • The piling rig will be mobilized to this place and assemble at right position. (Thiết bị đóng cọc sẽ được tập kết đến nơi này và lắp ráp vào đúng vị trí) • The pilling works will be carried out with in 2.5 months. (Công tác đóng cọc sẽ được thực hiện trong 2.5 tháng) • The transport for piles will be carried everyday on the morning only 01 truck. tác đóng cọc) 3.1 Piling Procedure (Quy trình đóng cọc) Material Unloading and Transport in Site (Tháo vận chuyển vật tư công trường) • Piles will be delivered by truck and unload by crane Before unloading piles, the following item shall be inspected (Cọc phân phối xe rờ-mooc tháo dỡ xe cẩu Trước tháo dỡ cọc, điều sau cần phải đ ược kiểm tra) • Quality record issued by factory including Jabil Vietnam New Factory (Biện pháp thi công) • Delivery sheet including dimension check and visual inspection (Phiếu phân phối bao gồm kích thước hình ảnh trực quan) - When unloading the piles, the pile shall be lifted at lifting position which has pre-marked on factory (Khi dỡ cọc, cọc nên nâng lên vị trí thiết kế đánh dấu nhà máy) - Unloaded piles shall be transported either to the piling work area directly or to the pile stock area in the site (Cọc dỡ xuống vận chuyển nơi đóng trực tiếp dự trữ/ bảo quản công trường) 3.2.Storage (Cất giữ) • Piles to be stored shall be placed on appropriate sand bag sleepers under the lifting points so that the piles will not be placed on the ground directly (location of lifting points shall be marked on each pile by factory) • Piles shall be stored in layers not exceeding piles in height and immediately after placing piles on the sand bags sleepers From the second layer, sand bag shall be used as support and spacer (Cọc lưu trữ nhiều lớp không vượt cọc theo chiều cao sau đ ặt c ọc túi cát Từ lớp thứ hai, túi sử dụng để chống lót) 3.3.Survey (Khảo sát) • Prior to commencement of any pile driving activity, a survey shall be conducted and driving points shall be established on designed locations based on the approved design drawings (Trước bắt đầu hoạt động đóng cọc nào, khảo sát phải thực vị trí đóng cọc phải đ ược thi ết l ập d ựa vẽ thiết kế.) • Driving point marks shall be set out just right before the pile driving starts to prevent those point marks from being dislodged (Đánh dấu điểm đóng cọc thực kiểm tra xác trước công tác đóng c ọc b đ ầu đ ể ngăn cản điểm đánh dấu bị sai lệch vị trí) 3.4 Marking on pile (Đánh dấu cọc) • Scale shall be indicated on each pile by putting identifying marks for every 500 mm to confirm the real length and for blow counting (Thước đo sử dụng để đánh dấu 500mm để xác nhận chiều dài thực tế cọc) 3.5.Pile Driving (Đóng cọc) • The bottom pile shall be lifted at both end of each pile by pile driving machine located beside the piling driving point The pile shall be adjusted to its driving point by moving and rotating with the piling machine The pile shall then be lowered down to the ground supported by the piling crew to get the correct pile driving point The hammer shall be set to cover the pile top surface Before the start of pile driving, the verticality and the position of the pile adjusted correctly according to the required condition (Các đoạn cọc nâng lên hai điểm đầu cọc máy đóng đặt bên cạnh vị trí đóng c ọc C ọc điều chỉnh vị trí đóng di chuyển xoay máy đóng c ọc Sau đó, cọc hạ xuống mặt đất hỗ trợ công nhân đ ể đặt v ị trí cần đóng cọc Búa hạ xuống để ôm lấy cọc điểm cọc Trước bắt đầu đóng cọc, độ đứng vị trí cọc phải kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng dây dọi và/ máy đo điều chỉnh với yêu cầu) • The first pile shall be carefully driven and verticality should be maintained as much as possible When the pile is penetrated 4-5 times of the diameter into the ground, the verticality of the pile shall be re-confirmed or adjusted by transit and/or plumb bob from directions (Đoạn cọc đóng kỹ lưỡng độ đứng theo dõi tối đa Khi cọc xuyên qua đất 4-5 l ần đ ường kính, độ đứng cọc xác nhận lại điều chỉnh máy đo và/ ho ặc dây dọi từ hai hướng) • After penetration of the first pile has been done, the second pile shall be lifted and set onto the first driven pile, keeping both driven and the subsequent piles absolutely aligned (Sau đoạn cọc xuyên qua, đoạn cọc th ứ hai phải nâng lên lắp vào vị trí đoạn cọc đ ược đóng tr ước, gi ữ máy đóng cọc sau tuyệt đối thẳng hàng) • The second pile shall be held by the pile driving machine during the joint process by welding Prior to welding, rust, oil, water and other damaging and unnecessary objects shall be removed from the surface to be welded Joints shall be done by butt welding using arc welding The completed welding shall be inspected visually in accordance with the approved ITP In case of strong wind and rain, the welding work shall be stopped (Đoạn cọc thứ hai giữ thiệt bị đóng cọc suốt thời gian hàn mối nối Tr ước hàn, r ỉ sét, dầu, nước thứ hư hại khác phải loại bỏ bề mặt hàn Mối nối thực hàn hồ quang Mối hàn đ ược ki ểm tra trực quan tương ứng với ITP phê duyệt Trong trường hợp trời mưa gió lớn, việc hàn đừng lại) • The succeeding piles shall be driven in the same way as explained above, therefore, one set of piles shall be driven, in principle, without suspension (Cọc đóng đóng cách giải thích trên, đó, m ột s ố c ọc đóng, nguyên tắc chờ đợi) • After piling and before pile head treatment including installation of rebar, the cap will be installed on the pile head for safety purpose (Sau đóng cọc, việc xử lý đầu cọc bao gồm: lắp đặt cốt thép neo, lắp đặt n ắp đậy đ ầu c ọc đ ể đảm bảo an toàn) • In case of strong wind such as more than 20m/s, piling and welding shall be suspended for safety and quality purpose (Trong trường hợp gió mạnh 20m/s, việc đóng cọc hàn tạm dừng đảm b ảo an toàn ch ất lượng) tác hàn trì hoãn) 3.6.Pile set (Lắp đặt cọc) 3.6.1 Flow of pile set (Quy trình lắp đặt cọc) Flow of pile set is indicated as shown at here below: (Quy trình lắp đặt cọc hình bên dưới) Piling Driving above Figure After the elevation of pile tip level and the sufficient bearing capacity has been confirmed to be in accordance with its design, the pile driving shall be finalized (Độ chối cọc nên ghi nhận hình Sau đó, cao độ sức ch ịu tải c c ọc đ ược xác nhận để tương ứng với thiết kế, việc đóng cọc thông qua lần cuối.) Page of 13 PILLING WORKS (CÔNG TÁC ĐÓNG CỌC) Method Statement for Jabil Vietnam New Factory (Biện pháp thi công) - 3.8 In case the pile hits a hard layer, in which pile penetration is less than 10 mm per blow, and the design level could be hardly reached, pile driving shall be stopped to avoid buckling or cracking (Trong trường hợp cọc gặp lớp đất cứng, tức độ xuyên cọc 10mm búa, cao trình thi ết k ế h ầu nh không đạt được, việc đóng cọc dừng lại) The contractor shall keep records of every concrete pile as follow: (Nhà thầu giữ ghi chép cho cọc sau) - Pile type, combination (Dạng cọc, tổ hợp) - Pile number (Số cọc) - Original level (Cao độ gốc) - Pile, combination dimensions (Cọc, kích thước tổ hợp) - Date & time driving (Ngày đóng cọc) - Depth from ground level to toe of pile (Chiều sâu từ mặt đất tự nhiên đến mũi cọc) - Depth or height form ground level to cut-off level of pile (Chiều sâu chiều cao from mặt đất tự nhiên đến cao độ cắt cọc) - Depth or height form ground level to top of level of pile (Chiều sâu chiều cao từ mặt đất tự nhiên đến cao độ đầu cọc) - Final set flow for driven piles (Quy trình đóng cọc cuối cùng) - Weight and drops of harmer (Trọng lượng chiều cao rơi búa) - Details of any obstructions observered (Chi tiết thị/ hướng dẫn nào) Risks evaluation and prevention (Ngăn chặn dự đoán nguy hiểm) In piling works, there is some risk factors that is able to happen as here below : (Trong công tác đóng cọc có nhiều yếu tố rủi ro xảy bên dưới) - The rig and equipments can be spoiled anytime; it can make accident for workers who will joint to pilling works (Thiết bị giàn đóng máy móc bị hư hỏng lúc nào, tạo tai nạn cho công nhân tham gia công việc đóng cọc) - The welding works can make affect to worker if using equipment and machine wrong way (Công tác hàn tạo ảnh hưởng xấu đến công nhân dùng thiết bị máy móc sai cách) - The person who don’t have duty can reach the site and can be met the risks (Người nhiệm vụ đến công trường gặp nguy hiểm) We propose methods to prevent these risks: (Chúng đề xuất biện pháp để ngăn chặn nguy sau) • Checked conditions of rig and crane everyday before commence works (Kiểm tra điều kiện giàn đóng cẩu ngày trước bắt đầu công việc) • Supervisor shall check carefully tie cable before hoisting piles and check conditions of piles (Người giám sát phải kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng cáp giằng trước nâng cọc lên cao kiểm tra điều kiện cọc) • Welding workers must wear enough all properly PPE (Công nhân hàn phải mặt đủ dụng cụ an toàn PPE) • Only person who have duty shall be allowed enter site area (Chỉ người có trách nhiệm cho phép đến công trường) Health and safety (Sức khỏe an toàn) 5.1 Preliminaries (Mở đầu) - “Danger” warning signboards shall be putted around the working area ( Biển báo cảnh báo “nguy hiểm” đặt xung quanh khu vực làm việc) - ”Safety First” signboards shall be putted on at suitable and prominent locations (Bản “An toàn hết” đặt vị trí thích h ợp nh ững nơi có nguy xảy ra) - Approved barricades and/or hoarding shall be put on up to separate the residents/public from the working area (Hàng rào an toàn đặt để phân chia khu vực công cộng/ nơi cư trú cho khu vực làm việc) - Uniforms and safety apparels such as safety helmets, safety boots, and instructions on safety precautions shall be issued/provided to all workmen prior to commencement of works (Đồng phục dụng cụ an toàn chẳng hạn nón an toàn, giày an toàn dẫn đề phòng an toàn đ ược phát hành/ cung cấp đến tất công nhân trước làm việc) Page of 13 PILLING WORKS (CÔNG TÁC ĐÓNG CỌC) Method Statement for Jabil Vietnam New Factory (Biện pháp thi công) - 5.2 Materials required for piling works shall be properly stored at areas designated for this purpose (Vật tư yêu cầu cho công tác đóng cọc bảo quản khu vực thiết kế trước) Inspection (Kiểm tra/ kiểm định) - All service cranes and pile driving rigs shall posses a valid inspection certificate in accordance with relevant authority (Tất cẩu giàn đóng phải có chứng kiểm định hiệu lực với người chịu trách nhiệm tương ứng) - All service cranes and pile driving rigs shall be maintained in good condition and to be inspected regularly by a competent person (Tất cẩu giàn đóng phải bảo trì điều kiện tốt kiểm định th ường xuyên người phụ trách) - Regular maintenance and inspection of service cranes shall be conducted by our in-house mechanic once in three (3) months (Bảo dưỡng kiểm định định kỳ cẩu thực nội lần ba tháng) 5.3 Authorized operators and crew (Công nhân người vận hành) - The operation of service crane shall be handled by a licensed and experienced operator (Sự vận hành cẩu đảm nhận người có chứng kinh nghiệm) - Each member of the piling crew shall be properly instructed in the work he is entrusted with and operation shall be in charge of a designated person who shall personally direct the work and give the operating signals (Mỗi thành viêc tổ công nhân đóng cọc hướng dẫn công vi ệc đ ược giao phó vận hành điều khiển cá nhân định có trách nhi ệm trực tiếp với công việc đưa tín hiệu vận hành) 5.4 Handling of Piles (Sự di chuyển cọc) - The operation of the piles shall be done at a safety distance from the driving operation During the hoisting of piles, all persons not actually involved in operating the equipment and handling the piles shall be kept out of the area (Sự vận hành cọc thực khoảng cách an toàn t v ị trí đóng cọc Trong suốt trình nâng cọc lên, tất ng ười ngoại tr ng ười vận hành thiết bị di chuyển cọc phải tránh xa khu vực này) - No person shall carry out any excavation without any instruction from the site supervisor (Không thực việc đào đất mà thi ếu s ự h ướng dẫn từ giám sát công trường) - Warning notices shall be displayed at all points of cut-and cover excavation (Những ghi cảnh báo thể tất ểm đào đ ắp đất) - In every excavation exceeding 1.2m in depth, there shall be ladders, stairways or ramps provided to furnish safe access to and from such excavation (Mỗi lần đào đất vượt 1.2m chiều sâu bố trí thang b ộ, l ối ho ặc b d ốc cho mục đích an toàn lần đào) 5.6 Equipment inspection (Kiểm định thiết bị) - All piling drivers and crane shall be inspected and check in following document before mobilization on site (Tất máy đóng cọc cẩu kiểm định kiểm tra theo tài liệu sau trước tập k ết vào công trường) Operator License (Bằng cấp vận hành) Equipment safety inspection certificate (Chứng kiểm định an toàn thiết bị) 5.7 Rain and wind (Mưa gió) - In case of strong wind such as more than 20m/s, piling and welding shall be suspended (Trong trường hợp gió mạnh 20m/s, công tác đóng c ọc hàn trì hoãn - In case of strong rain, welding shall be suspended (Trong trường hợp mưa nặng, công tác hàn trì hoãn.)
