华东师范大学 林 广 教授 华东师范大学 孟钟捷 教授 华东师范大学 备注 主席 论文摘要 越南历史悠久，受儒家思想影响对教育事业一直都很重视。由于 20 世纪越 南战争频繁，再加上国家底子薄，国家各个方面受到重大的影响，教育就是其中 之一。师范院校是培养师范人才的摇篮，越南政府对师范教育建设工作非常重视。 越南的师范教育对国家抗战和建国事业做出了重要贡献。国家统一后，社会建设 和改革的发展要求促进了越南教育的发展，使其培育人才的战略成为适应社会发 展的必要组成部分。 历史系是越南师范院校中最早成立的系别之一，对越南教育，尤其是师范教 育做出了重要贡献。历史教育既能传承传统文化、又能发挥教育功能。1986 年， 越南高等教育部强调要建立灵活、丰富的高等教育体系，满足教育以及社会需求， 要求利用政府之外的资金，促进高等教育规模扩大和质量的提高。同年 12 月， 越南共产党第六届大会提出了政府改革方案，提出在政府管理下，沿着社会主义 方向按照市场经济机制发展多样性的经济。21 世纪初，越南政府认识到民族要 复兴，国家要富强必须要培养大量的高素质人才，而师范教育是培养人才的重中 之重。根据越南本国国情，教育部制定了一系列发展师范教育措施，主要系实行 统一招生分配制度，积极培养山区少数民族师资力量。 在 2001 年，越南政府通过党代会和政府文件的形式，确定了国家教育发展 的方向、目标及策略，规划了 21 世纪最初 10 年的教育发展计划。 本文研究和分析越南师范院校历史专业从国家统一直到 2011 年的发展状况， 主要涉及在三大历史阶段中的课程设置与教学内容的发展变化。通过总结师范院 校历史专业的发展历程，并借鉴中国同类高校历史专业的发展经验，指出不同发 展阶段的特征和相对优势，望借此推动越南师范院校中历史学科教育进一步发展。 本论文共包括四章内容，绪论，结论等部分。 绪论都分论述了文章的选题意义、研究现状、研究方法与主要研究内容。 在“第一章‘越南师范教育的发展进程’”中，第一部分内容主要分析越南 三大越南高等院校教育发展的阶段：从法属时期到 1945 年的越南高等教育， I 1945-1954 年越南教师培训的初创，1954-1975 年越南师范体系的形成和发展。 第二部分内容描述和分析统一后越南师范院校历史教育发展的概况。 在“第二章‘河内师范大学的历史学教育（1975-2011）’”中，分析 1975 年至 2011 年越南师范院校历史教育的发展概况，以河内师范大学为例。主要内 容为河内师范大学及其历史系的成立、发展与每个历史阶段的课程结构、教学文 献来源、招生规模和学生就业情况等。 在“第三章‘20 世纪 70 年代以来越南与中国师范院校历史教育发展比较— —以华东师范大学为例’”中，阐述了越南统一后中高等教育的合作与影响，华 东师范大学历史系的教学课程，河内师范大学历史系与华东师范大学历史系历史 教育发展比较等。 第四章“当代越南师范院校历史专业教育发展的成就与挑战”，主要论述当 代越南高等教育的成就，当代越南高等教育与师范院校历史教育中存在的问题。 本论文的结论部分指出越南师范院校历史专业所存在问题的解决方式，并就 未来发展方向谈谈自己粗略的看法。 关键词：越南；师范院校；高等教育；历史专业 II Abstract Vietnam has a long history, so dose its education development Frequent conflicts affected Vietnam in many ways in the 20th century, education was among them Pedagogical education attracts a great deal of attention of the Vietnam Government, which encourages it in the institutions of education Pedagogical education in Vietnam contributed a lot for the resistance war and nation buiding The development of education in Vietnam was stimulated by the requirements of social construction and reform after the reunion of the country, and it made the strategy of human capacity building an essential part of social development, what’s more, education sector was the pioneer in this process As one of the earliest departments created in the institutions of education, history department contributed to the education in Vietnam, especially to the pedagogical education, which is the focus of the study In 1986, the Higher Education Department in Vietnam announced to creat a flexible and multiple higher education system, to meet the social requirments Besides, the Government asked funds beyond the budget, in order to extend the scale of higher education and improve the quality In December, 1986, the 6th Assembly of Vietnamese Communist Party announced Government reform plan, proposed to develop diverse economy according to market economy mechanism by holding the socialism banner Since the begining of 21st century, vietnamese Government and people all believe that pedagogical education is the key to the national rivival and prosperity Vietnamese Government made policies in accordance to the situations, and it also develop special measures for the minority ethnic group In 2001, Vietnamese Government set up the goals for the education development, making up a 10-Year-Plan for education development in the first decade in 21st III century This study examines the development process of the Hisotry major in the Vietnamese Universities of Education from the national unity to 2011, mainly involving the changes of curriculum and content of courses By looking through the development process of the history major in the history of education and social history, it hopes to identify the characteristics and comparative advantages of different stages, improving it in this way There are three major parts in this study, including the introduction，four chapters and finally the conclusion The introduction part introduces the significance of the study, the review of related studies, and it also introduces the research methods and summary of the study The first chapter explores the historical background, focusing on the education development before 1975 It divides into three phase: from French colony to 1945,starting up the program of Vietnamese teacher’s practice at 1945-1954,forming and developing Vietnamese Pedagogical education at 1954-1975 It also examines the education development of Vietnamese universities of education after 1975 The second chapter examines the history of education in the Vietnamese universities of education from 1975 to 2011, focusing on Ha Noi University of Education It contains the setting-up of the history department, the structure of the curriculums in different stages, the sources of the teaching texts, the scales of the encrument, employment situation of the graduates The third chapter make comparisons between the history education in universities of education in Vietnam and in China, as for latter mainly fouces on East China Normal University The study contains including the higher education cooperation between the two countries after the unification of Vietnam The fourth chapter examines the accomplishments and challenges for History major in universities of education in Vietnam Therefore, this paper provides concrete IV methods and direction of progress The conclusion part will point out the possible
