Lesson plan Pre-Intermediate + Getting to Know Each Other    Invite students to ask you questions about you, the teacher i) Ask students to write down an unusual fact about themselves on a piece of paper, without writing their names on it ii) Teacher collects up the pieces of paper i) Ask students to stand up, go and sit next to someone they don't know and to interview them, taking notes ii) Each student then tells the class about the person they interviewed Teacher takes some notes about the students in order to get to know them a bit better iii) Teacher quizzes the class e.g "Who has a pet dog?"  Toward the end of the class or in the next class, use the unusual facts to quiz the class some more e.g "Who has a twin sister?" etc www.autoenglish.org Written by Bob Wilson ©Robert Clifford McNair Wilson 2010
