Southern Annamites (SAN); Below 450 m area including northeastern lowlands Northeast Lowlands (NEL); Central-South Vietnam Lowlands (CSL); Mekong Delta (MEK) [72] Based on this document, the areas of both Binh Dinh provinces partitions: Central-South Vietnam Lowlands (CSL) with elevations below 450 meters and Central Annamites (CAN) at elevations above 450 m Previously, research geographical of amphibians and reptiles in Vietnam, researchers often written together with documentation of the other animals Bain is a research scholar for biogeographic synthesis of the amphibians and reptiles of Indochina Based on the data collected are distributed in different parts of the study authors By 2010, there are 606 species of amphibians and reptiles in Indochina (including 211 amphibians, 198 snakes, 166 lizards, crocodiles and 29 tortoises), Bain analysis only 578 species (96%), eliminates the species is not clear The species was confirmed distributed in 19 subdivisions in Indochina, including Vietnam's suregions above (not including seas) The western region of the Binh Dinh province with an elevation of 450 meters above the Central Annamites (CAN) and below 450 meters of lowlands in the Central-South Vietnam Lowlands (CSL) On the basis of a list of species and the distribution of amphibians and reptiles certified view of Bain (2011), we supplement and revise the data, confirm the distribution of amphibians and reptiles was clear as follows: Northern region CMP no in-depth study on species composition of amphibians and reptiles, so we added in the subregion in RA species for Central Annamites (CAN): Amolop spinapectoralis, Odorrana graminea, Ptyas mucosa, Trimesurus stejnegeri, T vogeli; Varanus bengalensis, V salvator; Sacalia quadriocellata, Heosemys grandis and 11 species for subregion Lowland Mid-South Vietnam (CSL), including Odorrana banaorum, O chloronota, O graminea, O tiannanensis; Lycodon laoensis, Enhydris subtaeniata, Myrrophis bennetti; Leiolepis guentherpetersi, Hemidactylus bowringii, H garnotii; Malayemys subtrijuga List of Amphibians and reptiles according to the subregion distribution for NAN, CAN, SAN, CSL presented in Appendix Data analysis with software Past the following results: Subregion NAN NAN CAN SAN CSL BDCM 14 CAN 0,56 SAN 0,47 0,54 CSL BDCM 0,56 0,44 0,61 0,48 0,55 0,39 0,62 Notes: BDCM = the Northern Region Cu Mong Pass Comment: Amphibians and reptiles composition of Northern CMP close with Lowland Mid-South Vietnam (CSL) with similarity index Djk = 0.62; Next to Central Annamites (CAN) with Djk = 0.48 and different from Southern Annamites (SAN) with Djk = 0.39 Figure 3.7 Comparing similarity index (Sorensen-Dice) amphibians and reptiles composition of RA with geographical subregion of Bain et al., 2011 Analysis grouped amphibians and reptiles composition of Northern CMP showed a same branch with CSL, the original index of branch is 52, different from the Southern Annamite (SAN) This may explain the northern region CMP has a locality in CSL is large and in part by the partition CAN, this problem confirmed based on the Similarity index of RA with this two subregion of higher than the remaining subregion 3.1.4.2 Compare amphibians and reptiles composition in northern CMP (Binh Dinh province) with some other fauna PAST software used to analyze the distribution of amphibians and reptiles in central Vietnam (Appendix 4), obtained results are shown in Table 3.6; Hue and Da Nang have a very high degree of similarity (djk = 0.61) Thus, analytical results show that composition of amphibians and reptiles between Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam, Da Nang high similarity, so no geographical boundaries amphibians and reptiles between Northern and Southern Hai Van Pass Amphibians and reptiles in the central coastal province gathered into branch and a separate with a high mountainous area, this could explain that this provinces are the locality Central-Southern Lowlands and the edge Central Annamites different with the high mountain subregions Central Annamites (Kon Tum, Gia Lai) and Southern Annamites (Dak Lak, Lam Dong) Based on each area have represented: Kontum, Gia Lai provinces forr CAN and Dak Lak, Lam Dong for SAN, you can see the CAN subregion and SAN subregion are two different partitions, with root branch index 22% Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan province separated into a branh, because two provinces belong to Central Lowland regions-South Vietnam (CSL), so amphibians and reptiles composition is poor and separate with other subregion So, based on data distributed amphibians and reptiles in Vietnam can prove the view of Bain et al (2011) on divide of amphibians and reptiles subregion in central Vietnam is true 3.2 Description of morphological characteristics of amphibians, reptiles additional recognition in the research area Ordering each species present include: name science effective, Vietnam name, sample forms, sample symbols, measurements and percentage of the basic indicators of the specimen (Unit : weight: g;
