Dear Sir, I am writing today to bring to your attention a serious issue I had with the poor customer service and faulty product I received from your company. On July 9, 2014 I bought a mobile phone from your store for 100. A few days after purchasing it, I discovered that it had a problem with its screen. It stopped displaying the content several times. Next, it shut down unexpectedly. I checked the user manual and followed all the steps listed, but nothing helped. The mobile phone appeared to be faulty and is not of satisfactory quality. I returned to your store with the product and spoke to your company’s representative, Mr. John, one week ago. However, my mobile phone has not been repaired yet. I am also concerned with the lack of understanding I received from him. I don’t know if he misunderstood my request, but he refused to let me speak to you. I felt he acted very unprofessional. I really had a negative experience with your staff member. I request your assistance in resolving this problem. I would be grateful if you replace my product with one which is working properly. Enclosed is a copy of my sale receipt and the warranty card. Besides, I think an apology from Mr. John is appropriate. I look forward to receiving a suitable proposal for settlement of my claim.
