Pre- reading (10’) Summarize the main ideas of p1 and p2 - call on a St to summarize the text which they learnt last time - comment and correct them out the word. 1.Brainstorming -Ask SS the following question to elicit vocabulary about the topic: ‘What do you know about space exploration?’ Chalk and board -Tell SS to write down words in the mind map. Chalk + book + small board -Put SS into pairs and give out handouts of pieces of information from the passage. -Ask SS read the text and answer the questions by writing the section which mentions the piece of information in the space provided. -Tell SS to compare answers in small groups and then go over the answers with the class.
