1.1 Strengths:

- The Board of Directors of FPT Retail is a collection of individuals with extensive experience and a deep understanding of the information technology field The Board of Directors of the Company is always quick to grasp investment opportunities, establish a network of extensive relationships with major and famous brands in the world, both internal and external suppliers and distributors countries, financial institutions, and professional partners help the Company to improve and enhance its competitive position in the Vietnamese market

- As a member of FPT Corporation, FPT Retail always receives timely and regular support from the Group, especially in the application of new technology in the transportation process

- Has strong financial potential, stable stocks, easy to raise capital.- Having an available customer base of other FPT products.

1.2 Weaknesses - It entered the market quite late.
