I INTRODUCTION

Hello teacher, my name is Tran Nguyen Diem Vi, I come from class A K10of Dong Nai University This is a report of my field trip The purpose of the tripis for us to better understand the industry we are studying as well as thenecessary experiences after we graduate The subject "Professional Practice"helps students learn about reality at English teaching centers and businesses sothat students can become familiar with the real working environment,discipline, organization, production process, export Grasp the necessaryrequirements to prepare for the final year internship Have the knowledge tostudy business English majors and serve them for future jobs when studentsgraduate At the same time, it helps students practice some necessary skills suchas teamwork skills, communication skills, presentation skills, time managementskills, organizational skills through extracurricular activities The trip lasts for 4days and 3 nights starting from February 25 to February 28 The first place ofthe trip is Bien Hoa, where the school is located, and next place is Bao Locwhich is known as a rich land, has strength in tea and is the capital of the silkindustry in Vietnam and finally the place is called "the city thousands offlowers" or "land of cherry blossoms", Dalat It can be said that this trip is oneof the most fun and wonderful trips I have had Being with class A makes mevery happy and I am sure, my classmates feel the same way with me The triphas a lot of interesting activities, like team buildings, chocolate factory visit,walking around Xuan Huong Lake and many other fun activities, which I willmention in the following section Now let me start the first activity.

II THE OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND FOREIGNLANGUAGE CENTER

1 Viet My group Language Centre

We went to VMG, an English facility located at E99 Vo Thi Sau route,Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city Established in 2003, Viet My EducationGroup currently manages and owns the "Vietnam American English Training"System in Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

Through more than 19 years of operation specializing in English training inthe Vietnamese market, VMG group understands the limitations of learners andis proud to be the first unit to implement the English learning orientation andcounseling program to learners understand their own language ability, theirlearning goals and save time and money.

With the motto "Real teaching - Real learning - Real quality", VMG groupbelieves that it will be successful in realizing its orientation.

2 Thuy Thuan Tourist Company

This is a well-known tourist area that has been formed and developed forabout 11 years However, in the past, this place was the coffee factory of ThuyThuan Da Lat Import-Export Co., Ltd This tourist area will officially come intooperation in 2020.

With a large area of nearly 4 hectares with beautiful mountain views Whenadding some highlights, this resort is even more beautiful It seems that theowner here wants to associate the tourist area with the Thuy Thuan coffeebrand So this place has been a perfect combination of modern buildings withnatural scenes.

3 Scientific Research Institute of Highland

Scientific Research Institute of Highland officially operated in 1990.Through 29 years of construction and development, the biological institute hascollected many rich and diverse skeletons and animal samples The Institute hasbrought the unique characteristics of Lam Dong province and the CentralHighlands region

Gallery Chocolate is located on the ground floor of the Museum of Biologywith spaces created by colors, shapes and special flavors of many products ofChocotea - Da Lat It is a space to enjoy chocolate to feel the taste of purechocolate; space to introduce and sell chocolate products, visitors can feel thediversity, richness and difference from chocolate shaping to flavor and color;space to display ingredients to make chocolate (cocoa fruit, cocoa beans, cocoatree).

4 Sunfood Company

After more than 4 years of establishment, Sunfood Company has made abreakthrough in linking the production of VietGAP Dalat vegetables with aclosed input - output process Currently, the cooperative is associated with morethan 121 members who are production organizations and individuals Thecurrent product source of the cooperative is currently supplying 200 associateshops to produce and distribute exclusively Da Lat fruit and vegetable brandsand regional specialties in over 35 provinces.

Sunfood Company has developed a farm system, built a model of vegetableproduction according to VietGAP standards with a total cultivation area of morethan 100 hectares in order to provide customers with clean vegetables and safefoods, contributing to the preservation of food safety.

Currently, Sunfood Company has gathered all groups of hydroponicvegetables, baby vegetables, Dalat specialties, Da Lat fruits and flowers withmore than 100 different products All these products are manufacturedaccording to VietGAP standards, products meet food hygiene and safetystandards, have traceability labels and are insured for consumers.

III ACTIVITIES OF THE FIELD TRIP

1 Team building

The purpose of team building was all about human interaction andcommunication, which helps us get to know one other and connect with them.We not only having fun but also learn more about working in a group, everysingle activity was designed to bring everyone together Games aimed atdeveloping teamwork and cooperation skills under the guidance of team leader,Mr Nguyen Van Nam Many mini games are held, one of which being "theLogan game," in which I took part In this game, you must hold a spoon with alogan on it in your mouth and you have to make sure to get the logan into themouth of another player, who must then chew it and spit out the logan seed intoa cup, and then the judge will give a score based on the amount of logan seedspresent in the cup Unfortunately, our team did not have the most seeds, thusour score was the closest to the last The following game called “passing eggs”,we must form a six-person line to play this game The eggs are then passed toeach person on the line by two members without using their hands, based on thenumber of eggs the final individual has, the judge will calculate and award ascore Unfortunately, our team did not have the most seeds, thus our score wasthe closest to the last The following game called “passing eggs”, we must forma six-person line to play this game The eggs are then passed to each person onthe line by two members without using their hands, based on the number ofeggs the final individual has, the judge will calculate and award a score.

2 Camp Fire

The second activity after dinner called "The Campfire Games," Cardactivities around the campfire review the traditions of the Faculty of ForeignLanguages, during the campfire event, there were activities such as dancing andsinging around the campfire, a culinary contest and a Barbecue party to helpstudents have an evening together to chat, confide and understand each other,thereby adding love and solidarity in the class, helping each other in learningand making progress together.

3 Fashion and dancing show around the fire

In the night of campfire activities, each class will perform dance and singtogether around the fire The tunes and dances of the classes were all sowonderful and beautiful and wonderful that the judges found it extremelydifficult to mark and announce the awards Collective dancing and singing is avery necessary content in all human activities, it is also a very necessary contentin all activities to bring people together.

4 Cooking contest

Another game in the “Camp Game” series that I participate in is the“Cooking Contest” This game requires all the ingredients to be prepared a dayin advance, so I'll rank it as the hardest to play However, turning theingredients into something delicious is another matter Our group decided tochoose barbecue as the main course for the competition because we wereassigned to be in charge of the meat dish We had to improvise and hope that atleast the thing was edible, given our lack of information on the manufacturingprocess The allotted time was extremely limited as we had to constantly checkthe eggs and do our best to put them on the plate, which was extremelystressful However, the end result was much better than we expected, my classcame in second place in the competition This surprised the whole class, andeveryone burst into laughter Without a doubt, it was one of the mostmemorable moments of the entire field trip After finishing the “CookingCompetition”, we went back to our room to rest and prepare for an equally funactivity the next morning.

1 Walking

The activity in the morning I like most was “Walking around Xuan HuongLake”, this was the most exhausting of all the activities We had walked aroundXuan Huong Lake at 6AM and while we only had to travel half of the lake toreach Lam Vien Square, which was only around 3 kilometers, it was still a longtrek for most of us We arrived at the finish line to find that all of the othergroups had already arrived, unluckily we were scheduled to be the last group tocomplete the track.

IV EATING AND DRINKING PLACES CHECKED IN

During our free time on the trip, we discovered interesting places in Da Latto eat and drink and each of them always left a deep impression on each of us.

1 Lang Vu Thi coffee

The cafe located on the top of the hill has a panoramic view of the Valley ofthe Lights and a very romantic corner of the city Sitting at any corner at therestaurant, visitors can easily feel the poetic scenery, white clouds floating orthe mountains and forests in the distance In particular, Lang Vu Thi coffee isalso a very beautiful place to watch the sunset in Da Lat, after watching thesunset, visitors can enjoy a cup of hot coffee.

2 Puppy Farm

About 8km from the center of Da Lat City, Puppy Farm Dalat is a greatspace for those who like to have fun with super cute "four-legged friends" Notonly that, there is also a strawberry garden, a flower garden with many extremevirtual living angles Puppy Farm is considered as one of the most worthytourist destinations in Da Lat and it also has specialty drinks of Dalat such asbutter cream, soy milk…

3 Review of the best one

Although the above places all made a good impression on me, but puppyfarm is the place that left me the most impression because not only are therecheap and delicious drinks, but the space here is extremely wonderful with theenvironment Large flower fields with many beautiful angles to take pictures,rare dog breeds are extremely cute and especially I can visit the high-techstrawberry garden here.

V LESSON LEARNED

1 Benefits of the field trip

The fieldtrip to Da Lat is not only just to have fun but also to get to knowmore about working in a group of people, all of the activities are meant toconnect everybody together From a meal to a walk around Xuan HuongLake, from a visit to Da Lat Market to a small talk late at night in the hotel,each of those memorable moments bonds us together Difficulties did appear,however we had conquered them with the help of everybody’s hands.

2 Strong points and weak points

Throughout the fieldtrip, the thing I deeply impressed myself the most wasmy extrovert, my eager to help and my sociability I was willing to do it and ready to take any risk in order to establish the utmost unforgettable memoriesfor my team members Another strong point I realized that I have the courageto prove myself, the responsibility and being punctual in a team

On the other hand, the number of weaknesses I have is still on the remarkable side Equipping with the least knowledge about places and cultures prevents me from fully making out decisions among the trip This affected my performance in leading the team due to the fact that sometimes I did not know what to do or to tell my friends in order to provide them the information they need Forgetting to check the announcement is a huge disadvantage I obtain, even though it was less intense during the trip but it is

still an exceptional hinder within my path to be successful Another problem I stumbled upon myself within the journey was my lack of fashion which my teachers had referred as a disrespect toward the viewers sometimes.

3 Lessons you learned from the field trip

After the journey, I have learnt a lot from teachers, group members, tourguide, classmates, friends about places, events, lifestyles, cultures, stories but moreover, I have learnt about mutual trust Trusting the others andtrusting yourself, believe that you can do anything together is what impactsme the most after the field trip.

4 Recommendation

My only recommendation for the trip to Dalat is to have more personaltimes for individual so they can have more fun together.

VI CONCLUSION

Finally, this trip was meaningful in both educational and entertaining ways, Ilearned many things and got to know many friends, went to many new placesand gained a lot more experiments and even had a chance to prove or improvemyself Overall, if we have a chance to go and do something like this again, Iwill not miss it
