www.thanhhai.com proBook English proBook là một chương trình sổ lưu bút (guestbook) chuyên nghiệp đặt trên website để người dùng có thể ghi lại các cảm nghĩ, nhận xét khi đến thăm website đó. Các đặc điểm : • Giao diện chuyên nghiệp • Sử dụng cơ sở dữ liệu MySQL • Tích hợp sẵn bộ gõ tiếng Việt trên trang web • Cho phép hiện 5 bản ghi một • Gửi thư thông báo cho quản trị web khi có người ghi vào sổ lưu bút • Cho phép xóa những bản ghi không thích hợp Giao diện : Giao diện của chương trình như sau: Điều kiện cần thiết : • Server của bạn phải hỗ trợ PHP và MySQL. • Để chức năng gửi thư thông báo cho người quản trị web hoạt động được, server phải cho phép sử dụng hàm mail() của PHP. www.thanhhai.com Cài đặt : Bước 1 : Giải nén tệp cài đặt proBook.zip vào một thư mục riêng, bao gồm những tệp sau: • probook.php: Hiện sổ lưu bút. Liên kết trang này với trang chủ website của bạn. • probook-sign.php: Form để người dùng ghi một lưu bút mới. • probook-admin.php: Trang của người quản trị, dùng để tạo sổ lưu bút và xóa các mục lưu bút không thích hợp. • probook-inc.php: Tệp thư viện, gồm các thông số được khai báo sẵn. Người quản trị có thể thay đổi một số thông số cho phù hợp với website của mình. • typeVie.js: Tệp thư viện, hỗ trợ đánh tiếng Việt ngay trên trang web. Bước 2 : Mở tệp probook-inc.php bằng một trình soạn thảo văn bản (Notepad, EditPlus, EmEditor) và thay các tham số ở đầu chương trình cho phù hợp. Đưa nội dung của bạn vào phần giữa hai dấu ngoặc kép (""). Nhớ lưu lại tệp sau khi thay đổi. Tham số Mô tả $MyQSLserver = "localhost"; Địa chỉ máy chủ cơ sở dữ liệu. Nếu đặt cùng trên máy chủ lưu website thì tham số này đặt là "localhost". $MySQLusername = "root"; Tên người dùng cơ sở dữ liệu, mặc định là "root". $MySQLpassword = ""; Mật khẩu để truy nhập cơ sở dữ liệu. Tham số này và hai tham số trên cần phù hợp với cài đặt trên máy chủ của bạn. Nếu bạn không rõ, cần hỏi lại người quản lý máy chủ. $DatabaseName = "thanhhai_probook"; Tên của cơ sở dữ liệu. Thông thường tên này do bạn tuỳ ý chọn, nhưng một số server có thể tự động thêm vào tiền tố, ví dụ "thanhhai_". $AdminUsername = "probook"; Tên người dùng để vào trang quản trị, do bạn đặt. $AdminPassword = "phpmysql"; Mật khẩu để vào trang quản trị, do bạn đặt. $NotifyAdmin = 0; // 1: notify, 0: not to notify Đặt tham số này bằng 1 để mỗi khi có người ghi vào sổ lưu bút, chương trình sẽ tự động thông báo cho bạn biết. $AdminEmail = "thanhhai@thanhhai.com"; Địa chỉ email của bạn, để nhận thư thông báo. $Language = "Vietnamese"; Ngôn ngữ thể hiện trên sổ lưu bút: "Vietnamese" cho tiếng Việt và "English" cho tiếng Anh. www.thanhhai.com Bước 3: Tải các tệp probook.php, probook-sign.php, probook-admin.php, probook-inc.php và typeVie.js lên máy chủ của bạn. Bước 4 : Chạy tệp probook-admin.php trên website của bạn. Nhập vào tên và mật khẩu (đã xác định tại $AdminUsername và $AdminPassword trong tệp probook-inc.php). Bước 5 : Sau khi đăng nhập thành công vào trang Quản trị, nhấn vào nút "Cài đặt sổ lưu bút / Install the Guestbook". Lưu ý chỉ cài đặt một lần, những lần nhấn vào nút này sau này sẽ báo lỗi. Installation : www.thanhhai.com Step 1 : Unzip the installation file proBook.zip into a separate folder which will include the following files: • probook.php: The guestbook. Link this page to your home page. • probook-sign.php: Form where visitors sign in the guestbook. • probook-admin.php: Administration page, used to create the database and delete inappropriate entries. • probook-inc.php: Library file, containing default settings. You may change some settings to suit your needs. • typeVie.js: Library file, enabling Vietnamese type right on a web page. Step 2 : Open the file probook-inc.php with a text editor (e.g Notepad, EditPlus, EmEditor) and change the settings in the beginning section. The new settings must be placed between the "".
