Activity 3.3: Using Perspectives of Information This activity will provide you with an opportunity to think about the business challenge from the business and user perspectives. In this activity, you will look at the description of the current status of time keeping and billing for Ferguson and Bardell, Inc. and describe the information available from business and user perspectives. Objectives After completing this activity, you will be able to: ! Determine what information to look for, based on the business and user perspectives, when investigating a business challenge. Before You Begin This activity consists of small group tasks and class discussion. Materials To complete this activity, you will need the Ferguson and Bardell, Inc. case study in Appendix 1.
