Warm up - Greetings - Ask some questions about the text book English 6. 2. Presentation - Introduce some thing about the book. Example: - How many units are there in this book? - How many topics are there in English 6? - What are they? 1. Personal information: Oneself, Friends, House and Family. 2. Education: School facilities and school activities, Children’s life in school. 3. Community: Transportation, Places. 4. Health: The body, Food and Drink. 5. Recreation: Sports and Games, Seasons, Plans. 6. The world around us: Countries and Nationalities, Environment. - How many grammar practices are there in this book? - How many new grammars are there in this book? - How many sections are there in each Unit? - Where do you find the first lesson ? - Do you know “ *” in each unit? What does it mean? ect. Introduce some games to use in teaching skills. Techniques for teaching. - Bingo. - Chain game. - Answer given. - Dialogue build. - Dictation. - Example exchange. - Finding friends.
