Absent students: . 8B : . . Steps/ Activities Content II. WARM UP (5 minutes) Network : - Divide sts into 2 teams and ask Ss to write as many subjects as they can on the blackboard. Possible answers : Chemistry / Physics / math / geography / literature / history . - Lead in the new lesson by Chatting : - What subjects are you good at ? / bad at ? - What subject do you like best ? / Why ? - How often do you have math ? / Literature ? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- III. NEW LESSON (35minutes) Step 1 : Pre Reading: - Today, we are going to read the dialogue about Jim's study. Let's start with some new words. 1. Vocabulary : ( realia ) ( mime ) ( situation ) ( translation) ( translation) ( translation) Sts : - listen. - listen and repeat (chorally then individually). - copy. * Checking vocabulary: Rub out and remember. 2.
