Học lực của các em đa số từ trung bình khá trở lên. - Đợc sự quan tâm, tạo điều kiện của BGH, và đồng nghiệp. - 100% học sinh có đầy đủ sách vở học tập, khoảng 20% học sinh có tài liệu tham khảo. - Đợc sự ủng hộ, quan tâm tạo điều kiện của hội phụ huynh học sinh. III. Khó khăn. - ý thức học tập của một bộ phận học sinh còn cha cao, các em cha tự giác, học tập còn mang tính đối phó. - Một bộ phận không nhỏ học sinh có xu thế học lệch thiên về các môn tự nhiên điều đó đã ảnh hởng không nhỏ đến chất lợng dạy và học. - Tài liệu tham khảo của nhà trờng còn ít về chủng loại, cha có nhiều đồ dùng trực quan phục vụ cho công tác giảng dạy. - Cơ sở vật chất của nhà tròng còn nhiều hạn chế, cha có phòng học tiếng riêng nên điều đó dẫn đến việc dạy học tiếng Anh cha đạt hiểu quả cao nhất. 1 IV. II - Yêu cầu. - Hoàn thành chơng trình đúng thời hạn, theo phân phối của Bộ GD & ĐT. - Phát hiện và bồi dỡng học sinh giỏi, nâng cao chất lọng đại trà. C. Biện pháp thực hiện. - Thực hiện nghiêm túc chơng trình theo phân phối của Bộ GD & ĐT. Soạn bài đầy đủ, luôn có giáo án mới và chất lợng tốt trớc khi lên lớp. - Trong quá trình giảng dạy có mở rộng, nâng cao kiến thức phù hợp vói học sinh. - Tham mu với nhà trờng và hội phụ huynh để có kế hoạch bồi dỡng và nâng cao chất lợng mũi nhọn và chất lợng đại trà. 3 phần II - kế hoạch tháng.
