Advancements in technology have changed various fields, particularly in educational system. However, many people argue that school should continue to focus on traditional subjects to instruct their students. Other people believe that schools should bring about changes in their curriculum. In my view, I totally agree that traditional subjects could not fulfill the realistic demands of the modern world for the following reasons.To begin with, I think that traditional subjects could not provide enough updated materials and knowledge for students. Many schools still remain traditional teaching methods regardless of the fact that our society has developed in leaps and bounds. More specifically, there are tons of new devices manufactured and technologies

workers and this leads to jobs with low remunerations and uncomfortable working environment It is universally accepted that vocational programs allows students to save a significant amount of learning time and related costs and take a job in no time after graduation Nonetheless, I still put more weight on tertiary education than vocational training More specifically, university students could become white-collar employees and they will stand numerous chances of having well-paid jobs and being certain about occupational stability Therefore, they would have more resources to enjoy higher living standards and win the respect of others in the society In conclusion, I hold the view that higher education programs have profound benefits that bring students more chances to follow their computers as searching for information has become easier Although computers are intelligent devices, they are created by human beings Therefore, in my opinion, computers are necessary for learning but it cannot replace the teachers’ role in the classroom Some people believe the role of teachers would fade because computers have been helping students progress in their studying more quickly than studying in an original classroom They can gain certain knowledge and information by using computers instead of learning from teachers However, the presence of teachers is still necessary for students’ learning because only human teachers can understand students’ emotions and feelings In particular, they know what students need and think in order to have better teaching methods Students also learn the importance of studying in groups and showing their respect for other students Furthermore, learning in this way could help them improve their social skills Moreover, teachers are indispensably required in the learning process because they acknowledge students’ weaknesses and help them solve their problems by providing practical explanations, giving extra exercises or clarifying difficult assignments However, this seems to be impossible when students learn with a computer As a matter of fact, regardless of their outstanding usefulness, computers are emotionless obvious that more and more children spend most of their spare time watching TV Therefore, they reduce their time for doing sports and taking part in other activities In this essay, I would like to
