She is very young (Cô trẻ.) We are friends (Chúng bạn bè.) Ta thấy với chủ ngữ khác động từ “to be” chia khác Phủ định: S + am/ is/ are + not * CHÚ Ý: - am not: dạng viết tắt - is not = isn’t - are not = aren’t Ví dụ: I am not a good student (Tôi học sinh giỏi.) She isn’t my sister (Cô chị gái tôi.) They aren’t Vietnamese (Họ người Việt Nam.) Câu hỏi: Am/ Is/ Are + S Trả lời: Yes, I + am – Yes, he/ she/ it + is ? – Yes, we/ you/ they + are VnDoc - Tải tài liệu, văn pháp luật, biểu mẫu miễn phí No, I + am not – No, he/ she/ it + isn’t – No, we/ you/ they + aren’t Ví dụ: Are you a student? - Yes, I am/ No, I am not Am I a bad person? - Yes, you are./ No, you aren’t Is he 19 years old? - Yes, he is./ No, he isn’t II- CẤU TRÚC THÌ HIỆN TẠI ĐƠN VỚI ĐỘNG TỪ THƯỜNG Khẳng định: S + V(s/es) Trong đó: - S (subject): Chủ ngữ - V (verb): Động từ * CHÚ Ý: - S = I, We, You, They, danh từ số nhiều ĐỘNG TỪ dạng NGUYÊN THỂ - S = He, She, It, danh từ số ĐỘNG TỪ thêm “S” ES” * Ví dụ: - They go to work by bus every day (Họ làm xe buýt hàng ngày.) Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “They” nên động từ “go” ta để dạng NGUYÊN THỂ không chia - She goes to work by bus every day.(Cô làm xe buýt hàng ngày.) Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “She” nên động từ “go” phải thêm “es” (Ta tìm hiểu quy tắc thêm “S” “ES” sau động từ phần sau.) Phủ định: S + don’t/ doesn’t + V(nguyên thể) Ta có: - don’t = not - doesn’t = does not CHÚ Ý: - S = I, We, You, They, danh từ số nhiều - Ta mượn trợ động từ “do” + not - S = He, She, It, danh từ số - Ta mượn trợ động từ “does” + not - Động từ (V) theo sau dạng NGUYÊN THỂ không chia * Ví dụ: - We don’t go to school on Sunday (Chúng không đến trường vào ngày Chủ Nhật.) VnDoc - Tải tài liệu, văn pháp luật, biểu mẫu miễn phí Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “We” nên ta mượn trợ động từ “do” + not (don’t), động từ “go” theo sau dạng NGUYÊN THỂ - He doesn’t visit his grandparents regularly (Anh không đến thăm ông bà thường xuyên) Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “He” nên ta mượn trợ động từ “does” + not (doesn’t), động từ “visit” theo sau dạng NGUYÊN THỂ Câu hỏi: Do/ Does Trả lời: + S + V(nguyên thể) ? Yes, I/we/you/they + do./ No, he/she/it + does No, he/she/it + doesn’t./ No, he/ she/ it + doesn’t CHÚ Ý: - S = I, We, You, They, danh từ số nhiều - Ta mượn trợ động từ “Do” đứng trước chủ ngữ - S = He, She, It, danh từ số - Ta mượn trợ động từ “Does” đứng trước chủ ngữ - Động từ câu dạng NGUYÊN THỂ * Ví dụ: - Do you stay with your family? (Bạn có với gia đình không?) - Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.(Có, tớ với gia đình./ Không, tớ không ) Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “you” nên ta mượn trợ động từ “Do” đứng trước chủ ngữ, động từ “stay” dạng nguyên thể - Does your father like reading books? (Bố bạn có thích đọc sách không?) Yes, he does./ No, he doesn’t (Có, ông có thích đọc sách./ Không, ông không thích.) Trong câu này, chủ ngữ “your father” (tương ứng với “he”) nên ta mượn trợ động từ “Does” đứng trước chủ ngữ, động từ “like” dạng nguyên thể II- CÁCH SỬ DỤNG THÌ HIỆN TẠI ĐƠN Diễn tả hành động, việc diễn thường xuyên, lặp lặp lại hay thói quen * Ví dụ: - I brush my teeth every day (Tôi đánh hàng ngày.) Ta thấy việc đánh lặp lặp lại hàng ngày nên ta sử dụng đơn để diễn tả Vì chủ ngữ “I” nên động từ “brush” dạng nguyên thể - My mother usually goes to work by motorbike (Mẹ thường làm xe máy) Việc làm xe máy xảy thường xuyên nên ta sử dụng đơn Vì chủ ngữ “my mother” (tương ứng với “she”) nên động từ “go” thêm “es” Diễn tả thật hiển nhiên, chân lý VnDoc - Tải tài liệu, văn pháp luật, biểu mẫu miễn phí * Ví dụ: - The sun rises in the East and sets in the West (Mặt trời mọc đằng Đông, lặn đằng Tây) Đây thật hiển nhiên nên ta sử dụng đơn để diễn tả Chủ ngữ “the sun” (số ít, tương ứng với “it”) nên động từ “rise” “set” ta phải thêm “s” Diễn tả việc xảy xa theo lịch trình, thời gian biểu rõ ràng tàu, máy bay chạy Ví dụ: - The train leaves at pm today (Tàu rời vào lúc 5h chiều ngày hôm nay.) - The flight starts at am tomorrow (Chuyến bay bắt đầu vào lúc 9h sang ngày mai.) Mặc dù việc “tàu rời đi” hay “Chuyến bay bắt đầu” chưa xảy lịch trình nên ta sử dụng đơn Chủ ngữ “the train” “the flight” (số ít, tương ứng với “it”) nên động từ “leave” “starts” ta phải thêm “s” Diễn tả suy nghĩ, cảm xúc, cảm giác Ví dụ: - I think that your mother is a good person (Tôi nghĩ mẹ bạn người tốt.) Động từ câu “think” diễn tả “suy nghĩ” nên ta sử dụng đơn Vì chủ ngữ “I” nên động từ “think” không chia dạng nguyên thể - She feels very tired now (Bây cô cảm thấy mệt.) ...Unit 6 The young pioneers club Lesson 2 : Speak A/ Aims and Objectives : By the end of the lesson , Ss will be able to ask for favors and respond to favors . offer and respond to assistance B / Teaching aids : Cut out shark , cut out girl / boy , textbook . We are also going to plant trees and flowers in the parks and water them every afternoon after class . We are planting young trees and plants to sell to other schools . I hope that we can bring more green to the city and earn some money for the school Y&Y . The program is very interesting and useful , is not it ? I am still in a very good health . I
