ED002 Read the text about the Sultan’s Palace restaurant Some of the lines are correct; some have a word, which should not be there Write this word in the box next to the line If the line is correct put a tick () in the box The Sultan’s Palace The Turkish restaurant is in a small side road at the end of High Street, so it’s easy to not miss I went there on Friday evening with a friend of mine When expecting little choice, we went in for a quick meal and we were pleasantly more surprised We helped ourselves to several cold starters from the self-service display, and we ordered us a couple of hot ones form the menu Most of them were vegetarian and they were all excellent We felt quite full so we have asked the waiter to recommend something small for our main course Well, I had a small lamb kebab, and my friend had a small chicken kebab Both of them were being really quite large! The meat tasted very good 10 and the rice and salad that came with it was just even right We looked at the 11 desserts on the menu – and wanted to try over every one of them – but we 12 simply couldn’t eat up any more ! And all this , with Turkish coffee at the end, 13 was less than £ 25.00 !
