Với mục đích của Hội thi : củng cố và bổ sung kiến thức An toàn giao thông cho học sinh tiểu học. Vận dụng hiểu biết về luật An toàn giao thông khi tham gia giao thông. Hình thành một số kĩ năng cơ bản về An toàn giao thông cho học sinh khi tham gia giao thông. ( mỗi câu có 4 phương án trả lời).- Cách thi : Thí sinh theo dõi màn hình, nghe câu hỏi từ Ban tổ chức và trả lời câu hỏi, bằng cách dùng phấn trắng ghi phương án đúng trên bảng con.- Với 30 câu hỏi sẽ chia làm 3 vòng, mỗi vòng thi là 10 câu. Qua từng câu hỏi, thí sinh nào trả lời sai sẽ bị loại ra khỏi vòng thi đó. Sau từng vòng thi, giám khảo sẽ tổng kết ở mỗi đội còn lại bao nhiêu em để ghi điểm cho đội. Số điểm của mỗi đội bằng đúng số học sinh còn lại trong sân ( mỗi em 01 điểm). Tiếp tục vòng 2, các thí sinh sẽ trở lại đội của mình, tiếp tục thi và theo cách tính như vậy cho hết 3 vòng.Điểm thi Phần 1 của cả đội là tổng điểm được giám khảo ghi qua 3 vòng thi của đội ( hệ số 2).
