That the reason why I think people should not smoke Smoking has many serious effects on many parts of the body More than, it affects all the people that are innocent around us If you stop smoke cigarettes, you will have more surprisingly benefits Firstly, your health is being dangerous by cigarette smokes Smoking cigarettes is the number-one risk factor for lung cancer But smoking still can affect your entire body, and is known to cause cancer in the bones, heart and blood vessels, and extremely serious for autoimmune diseases Smoking increase your risk for osteoporosis, a condition in which bones weaken and become more likely to fracture The chemicals in tobacco smoke harm your blood cells and damage the function of your heart Breathing tobacco smoke can even change your blood chemistry and damage your blood vessels A study done by the American Lung Association states that smokers die significantly earlier than non-smokers Smoking men and women have an average of 14 years of less life than a person who doesn't use tobacco Secondly, All people will be affect by your cigarette smokes That means If one person smokes, the whole building smokes! For example, What would happen if a tobacco user decided to smoke in a building full of families and young children?
