knowledge, but if they not have environment to practice, apply the theory learned, it will not achieve the best results Especially for students of international business, if there are no realistic exposure conditions as well as the basic work skills, they will face many difficulties in future work Therefore, the internship period is very important for each student The time of more than one month is a great opportunity for each student to interact and become familiar with the work environment in the workplace, as well as office work Moreover, students have condition to apply the knowledge learned in school to practical work, learning more experienced, add shortcomings to improve the skills they have learned at university over the years After graduation internship, each student will have business skills and more clear orientation on future job This is the very important first step to help students not confused and crestfallen before the new job My main objective when decided to have an internship semester at DTM., JSC is to learn more about the skills and knowledge of making business process in international environment and designing marketing plan for the company The next objective is to evaluate and recognize all of the advantages and disadvantages in the service providing process of DTM, in order to have some personal opinions and 26 solutions to improve the company’s service quality Moreover, the internship time at DTM also support me at getting more knowledge for myself on my major study, to fully understand the basic steps of making business plan for the company in a professional way and how to operate, manage the process in a best way without letting any serious mistake happens The working content: During the internship period at DTM., JSC, I have been given an amount of jobs and time schedule noted as below: In the first week, I get used to the business and marketing plan by exploring about DTM., JSC through its profile and some information on the Internet, and the documents of the company Besides, I found and learned about the recruitment process and human resource management in the company In the second week, I learn more about the business process, marketing activities, and human resource management… I also have to search for information about new marketing plan, sending them to the Business Department to serve for the company’s upcoming process From 3rd week to 5th week, after have fully understand about the steps to make business plan and marketing activities, I have been given the jobs to search for ideas and concepts for the upcoming promotion nearly Tet Holiday This promotion is about discount from 30 – 50% for all products to gratitude the customers I also have to go with the Business Department manager for negotiating and signing contracts with facilities suppliers The projects was used as an specific example for my internship report In the final week of the internship period, after DTM., JSC have finished the promotion planning, I begin my internship report with all information and documents gathered from the company The implementation methods: I have completed every objectives set on the internship period at DTM by learning about the business administration, marketing plan and human resource management through the activities of DTM and understanding more about this industry by the 27 company’s profile and documents In addition, I also getting knowledge by myself with the information on the Internet, through the public media and from the officers of DTM The first method is self-inquiry Before starting to the business or marketing activities, I usually have to read and find information through so many sources on the Internet and on the document of company Then, I conducted screening information and writing reports with clearly content to attract the managers Because these are relatively new content with me so in the process of internship, I have to read about all the old report that were previously used by DTM to avoid duplicate content and still meet the demand that request After each report completed, I checked it again before giving the superior for checking and editing During the internship, I have to learn and refer to several documents relating to my subject in the internship So I can both learn more and well the tasks assigned At DTM, I have a good direction of the instructors in business and marketing department They have guided me so carefully both theories and practices so the assigned work have been completed quickly and effectively When meeting any problem in writing report, I can ask them get a reasonable solution in each case One more useful method is observing Direct observing the work at the office or go observe reality programs, helps me understand the nature of the problem and little crestfallen with the new problem Results achieved through the internship: After the internship program at DTM, JSC, the practical activities and situations helped me understanding more about my chosen job in the future, let me know what skill and knowledge I am being short of, to realize my personal strength and weaknesses, therefore having some appropriate adjustment and specific training programs During the internship program, I have received many helpful suggestions and recommendations of staffs in DTM, JSC which would support me in the future In details, through the internship program, I gained a better knowledge at marketing major in both theories and practices I was deeply understood about the processes of a marketing strategy, the processes of recruitment and training, methods of searching for information, doing market research then propose an 28 appropriate business plan for the company Moreover,
