training management software at Vinh Phuc colleges in Vinh Phuc Province, Viet Nam Student: Nguyen Thi Thom Co-adviser: Dr Nguyen Huu Chau Adviser: Dr Tsu-I Peng ABSTRACT The research has been implemented with the following aims: Finding solutions to encourage senior executives and employees to improve their knowledge of information technology, using application of information technology in their work actively and promoting the effective application of information technology in the school and contribute to improving the quality of training in Vinh Phuc province EduMan software could be applied for training management for secondary professional, colleges, universities, vocational colleges, primary vocational both formal and informal Besides, this software allows training management for short-term classes with comprehensive management functions in training area EduMan has been built based on current regulations on training management of Ministry of Training and Education and Ministry of Social and Labor This study has used technology acceptance model TAM to measure variables User training, Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness that have - vii - influence on the intention of use of training management software Eduman Based on 200 qualified questionnaires, study result shows that hypothesis in this study are accepted by respondents at an average level Therefore, it is recommended that software should be innovated, user training quality should be enhanced regarding to the intention of use of training management software Eduman at colleges in Vinh Phuc province Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Eduman software, Vinh Phuc College - viii - Acknowledgments Any attempt at any level cannot be satisfactorily completed without the support and guidance of learned people I would like to express my immense gratitude to Dr Loc Thi My Nguyen, Dr Pi-Yun Chen, Dr Tsu-I Peng and Mr Chau Huu Nguyen for their constant support and motivation that has encouraged me to come up with this project I am also thankful to all other members of the following universities: Vinh Phuc teacher training college, Viet Duc college; Economics college; Industrial Chapter 5: Conclusion Study the factors affecting the intention to use the training management software at Vinh Phuc colleges in Vinh Phuc Province, Viet Nam This study used Technology acceptance model (TAM) with variables; User training, Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Intention to use Eduman software So that to find solutions to encourage senior executives and employees to improve their knowledge of information technology, use application of information technology in their work actively and promote the effective application of information technology in the school and contribute to improving the quality of training 5.1 Findings and Contributions This study was conducted with four groups of factors, 18 observed variables and five hypotheses On the basis of the survey five schools with 200 participants As a result, all five hypotheses are supported by the participants: Research Hypotheses Results H1: User training positively affects perceived ease of use Supported H2: User training positively affects perceived usefulness Supported H3: Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness Supported H4: Perceived usefulness positively affects intention to use EduMan Supported H5: Perceived ease of use positively affects intention to use EduMan Supported With this result of study, the technology acceptance model TAM is proven on training field in Vietnam All the factors User training, Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness affect intend to use the management software training Eduman positively Based on the results of this study help: - The schools recognize the usefulness and the advantages of the software and promote to apply technology to support the improvement of performance in professional and management - The manufacturing and trading company in the field of software training to continue improving the quality of software and services to support the user, so that to expand the market, development of the company 5.2 Suggestions Nowadays, when information technology is developing rapidly, the application of information technology in all areas is critical In training and education area, information technology has been applied in management activities at some colleges in and outside Vinh Phuc province However, as compared with current situation, the application of information technology in education area at other colleges in the province is quite limited We should quickly improve knowledge and level of information technology application of teachers and make this application an efficient tool for their jobs Based on guidance of Ministry of Training and Education, awareness of the importance of the application of information technology in supporting operational management is one of the most effective solution in training area, I have chosen this study subject With this study result, at table Descriptive Statistics, we can see that in groups of factors, coefficient Bean fluctuates from 3.63 to 3.82 Therefore, coefficient Bean is higher, improvement of the intention of use of training management software Eduman at colleges in Vinh Phuc province People who built up and implement software should quickly upgrade comprehensively software and training quality in order for training management software Eduman and quickly implemented at colleges in Vinh Phuc province in general and at Culture and Art College in particular 5.3 Limitations The study has just measured and assessed basic factors that have influenced on the intention of use of training management software Eduman based on the model Technology Acceptance TAM with following variables e.g User training, Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness influencing to the intention of software use of participants that are working at colleges in Vinh Phuc province In fact, there are many other factors that may have influence to the use of Eduman training management software such as: Interface, system speed, software accuracy, etc… Thus, it is necessary to have other study with higher generalization to factors that have influence to the intention of use of Eduman software – readiness to accept new technology of users in training area comprehensively and exactly Reference [1] [2] [3] The training documentation of Training management software Eduman The introduction documents of Vinh Phuc colleges in Vinh Phuc
