Warm up. (7’) “Chatting” - Ask Ss some questions: - Do you have any penpal ? - Where does he / she live ? - Has he / she ever visited your country ? - What activities would you do during the visit ? - Ask Ss to look at the pictures on page 6 and answer the last questions. - Control and get feedback. 2. Listen and read. a. Pre teach. (10’) * Speaking. - Ask Ss to recommend places of interest in their city / country. - Ask Ss to discuss where they should take their friends to and what activities they should do. Eg: Dong Ba market / shopping. -Model with a good St. T: I think we should take our friends to Dong Ba market. We can do shopping or I’ll just introduce them a Vietnamese market. S: Good ideas ! I believe they will be interest in it. - Let Ss have time to practice. Cues: Lang co beach / swimming / beach in Hue.
