Nội dung :  Tóm tắt lý thuyết, các cấu trúc câu bò động, cách đổi câu chủ động sang câu bò động.  Bài tập các dạng thuộc các cấu trúc được nêu trong phần tóm tắt lý thuyết. IV. LÝ THUYẾT I. Cách thành lập : Thể bò động được thành lập theo hình thức sau đây : To be + past participle Ví dụ : The books were bought by Lan yesterday. The project will be started in 2006. II. Cách đổi một câu ở thể chủ động (Active voice) sang thể bò động (Passive voice) : Muốn đổi một câu chủ động sang câu bò động ta làm như sau : 1. Xác đònh chủ ngữ, động từ, tân ngữ, trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn, trạng từ chỉ thời gian, trạng từ chỉ thể cách ( nếu co ù) 2. Xác đònh thì để áp dụng công thức cho phù hợp 3. Chuyển tân ngữ của câu chủ động thành chủ ngữ của câu bò động 4. Chuyển động từ về dạng : BE + P. P ( BE trong công thức này được chia cùng thì với động từ ở câu chủ động ) 5. Chuyển chủ ngữ câu chủ động thành tân ngữ câu bò động và thêm BY vào trước tân ngữ này * Theo sơ đồ sau : S + V + O (Active) S + BE + PP + by Agent (Passive) Ví dụ : Lan opens the door. (Active) The door is opened by Lan (Passive) III. Các thì của thể bò động : 1. Thì hiện tại đơn ( The present simple tense ) S + am / is / are + p.p + ( by agent ) Ví dụ : Mary writes this report. This report is written by Mary. 2. Thì quá khứ đơn ( The past simple tense ) S + was / were + p.p + ( by + agent ) Ví dụ : Mary wrote this report. This report was written by Mary. 3. Thì tương lai đơn ( the future simple tense ) S + will / shall + be + p.p + ( by + agent ) Ví dụ : Mary will write this report. This report will be written by Mary. 4. Thì hiện tại hoàn thành ( the present perfect tense ) S + have / has + been + p.p + ( by + agent ) Ví dụ : Mary has written this report. This report has been written by Mary. * Lưu ý : - Khi chủ ngữ câu chủ động là : Someone/body , Everyone/body , I , You , He , She , We , They , People , Farmers … , hoặc một danh từ nào đó không cần xác đònh rõ thì thường được bỏ đi trong câu bò động. Ví dụ : People speak English all over the world. English is spoken all over the world ( by people ) - Trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn đứng trước “ by + agent “ Ví dụ : Ha has put the dishes on the table. The dishes have been put on the table by Ha. - Trạng từ chỉ thời gian đứng sau “ by + agent “ Ví dụ : Mai bought the book yesterday. The book was bought by Mai yesterday. - Trạng từ chỉ thể cách đứng giữa BE và P.P Ví dụ : They treated him badly. He was badly treated. ================================================ B.
