Please take a look at the many activities, including many new ones that the MSCR staff have organized to help keep you active during the upcoming winter months I invite you to join MSCR as we start our 87th year of service in 2013, working to keep Madison a great place to live and play! The idea of being engaged includes being involved or taking part in something It is active and requires us to take a step At MMSD we encourage our students to be engaged with their learning, their school and their life This MSCR guide is a perfect example of engagement that goes beyond the classroom, and involves every age group MSCR provides hundreds of opportunities for our community to engage These opportunities allow for all of us, both youth and adult, to engage our minds and bodies in activity that improves our health and well-being MSCR activities also help us to engage with each other as residents of this wonderful city-that personal interaction that adds to the richness of our life I hope you will use this guide to assist you in planning to stay active and engaged over the winter months in Madison It is a great season-enjoy!
